                                                                        £30.00 p.h. thereafter.

Emergency Call Out Charge:                  £100.00  

Outside tap installation:                           £60.00 + materials

Repair  (loft ballcock):                              £50.00 + materials

Replacement stopcock:                              £50.00 + materials

Water Tank installation (loft):                 £ Subject to site visit

 

Gas:

Boiler Service:                                            £50.00

Landlords Gas Safety Inspection:            £60.00

Gas Fire Service:                                        £60.00
